Todd Marshall Hearnsberger is an accomplished leader, author, and pastor with over two decades of experience in ministry, leadership development, and organizational management. His passion for helping others grow and thrive has been the driving force behind his multifaceted career.

Todd is the founder/CEO of a business in the DFW area, the COO of his wife and daughter’s business, and serves as a ministry director and on the board of deacons at his home church. Before his current roles, Todd held leadership positions at various corporate and Christian organizations, including 20+ years in pastoral roles at small, mid-size, and mega-size churches. In these roles, Todd demonstrated his ability to improve work environments, streamline processes, and develop strong teams.

Todd's educational background includes pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree from Liberty University, an earned Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio Christian University, and a Biblical Studies/Theology degree from Valor Christian College. He is an ordained minister and has served on the board of directors of multiple Christian organizations.
